OK, I didn’t choose the title “Art of Noise”, but hats off to The National for letting me “consider the meeting of minds between two Iranian musicians who, working decades apart, both sought to produce genuinely Persian music with the electronic tools of the 20th-century avant-garde.”

Cool article (& funny re record store clerks worldwide). Thanks for writing & posting it.
Ata is an old friend. Excellent to see him getting some carefully considered praise. He’s incredible in all things audio, and has such a unique musical history/perspective. Thanks for sharing this.
